Rachelle Carson

Rachelle Carson is an author and Executive Pastor of The R.O.C.K. Houston, where she empowers women through transformational teaching centered on faith, leadership, identity, and purpose. As First Lady of The R.O.C.K. World Outreach International, she serves alongside Apostle Dr. Dana Carson as a dedicated ministry partner. In her role as Executive Pastor, she oversees staff pastors and leads church growth initiatives that strengthen ministry impact both locally and globally.
Education & Professional Background
A native of Detroit, Lady Carson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Oberlin College and a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin. Before full-time ministry, she served in the Texas State Legislature and led the state’s abstinence program, bringing valuable leadership and public service experience to her Kingdom assignment.
Global Impact & Family
Lady Carson also serves as Senior Editor of Dana Carson Kingdom Ministries, ensuring excellence across Dr. Carson’s Kingdom-focused publications and teachings. Her passion for ministry expansion has led her to establish international initiatives, including organizing the first Holy Convocation in South Africa. Through her unwavering faith and commitment to Kingdom advancement, she continues to impact lives around the world while proudly serving as the mother of five children: Dana II, John, Angel, Marielle, and Devon.
